If you are concerned about being able to contact 911 emergency services during a power outage, a backup battery for voice services may be a good option for you. You may purchase the following backup battery solutions directly from Fiber by Central Florida at the time of initial customer sign-up, or later by calling 844-533-4237.

Forms to complete for your Connect Voice Service

  1. Voice Service Agreement - All Fiber by Central Florida voice subscribers must complete this form.​ 

  2. E-911- disclaimer- All Fiber by Central Florida voice subscribers must complete this form.​

  3. Letter Of Agency (LOA) - This form is only relevant if you are a Fiber by Central Florida voice subscriber wanting to "port" your number, meaning you will keep your same phone number when you switch to Fiber by Central Florida as your new voice provider.
