Power Cycle Your Router
If you have the above lights showing on your router, please try performing a power cycle. Do not press the reset button on the router. It will not perform a power cycle, but it will rest your SSID and password. To perform a power cycle, simply remove the black cable at the bottom of you unit from the router to disconnect the power. You will notice all of the lights on your router go off. Let the router remain off for 30 seconds, carefully plug the cable back in and see if each light comes on and displays a green light. If that doesn't work, call us at (844) 53-FIBER.
If the light on the unit shows red, that means there is no internet connection. Please call us at 1 (844) 53-FIBER. If the light shows blue, but you still have no internet connection, try a power cycle.
